Ben Lenett

Ben Lenett currently serves as the Director of Law Enforcement Programs for Eagle Industries Unlimited, Inc. where he is responsible for the design and product knowledge of all Law Enforcement related equipment. He is a retired Law Enforcement Officer from the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office in Northern Arizona, and was assigned as a Patrol Deputy, Department Armorer, and an AZ POST certified instructor involved in both Firearms and Less-Lethal Instruction. Ben was also involved with the testing and procurement of both ballistic protection and load bearing equipment for multiple area SWAT units. Additionally Ben is an Adjunct Instructor at Gunsite Academy teaching Pistol, Carbine, Shotgun, and Team Tactics.

Justin Walker

Justin Walker is currently a Police Officer with a major metropolitan agency in Central Arizona. Presently he is assigned to a crime suppression/surveillance unit working in high crime areas, in addition to being an AZ POST Certified Instructor for his agency. Justin is a graduate of multiple shooting schools and other related forms of tactical training. He also works as a consultant within the tactical equipment industry, specifically in the area of nylon related products.

Charlie Lairson

Charlie Lairson is currently the Law Enforcement Programs Specialist for Eagle Industries, as well as being a reserve Deputy Sheriff with a Northern Arizona Law Enforcement Agency. Prior to joining Eagle Industries, Charlie was a Major Crimes Detective for the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, in addition to being the former tactical team leader for his department’s Tactical Operations Unit. Charlie is an Arizona POST Certified Instructor. Additionally Charlie is retired from the United States Marine Corps having served with the 13th MEU(SOC) in Somalia during 1993-1994, where he was a team member of a trailer platoon involved in direct action missions and small boat raids.
